About

After 10 years of serving the community, West Hill Harvest is closing down operations.

We are incredibly grateful to the committed donors and volunteers who have made this initiative possible for the last decade. Together we have served over 180 families. The impact we have made together has been transformational for many single parents, seniors, newcomers and the over 500 children who received access to food, gifts and community over Christmas.

Our partners at the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities will continue their Wishes for the Holidays program. If you’d like to support families in need at Christmas, then I encourage you to touch base with their amazing Fund and Volunteer Development Manager, Debra McGonegal. She can be reached at dmcgonegal@schcontario.ca.

Special thanks to our Board of Directors, Executive Committee and long-time donors and volunteers. This has truly been a labour of love, and I hope that you have all experienced as much fulfillment, connection and community spirit from this project as I have. Sincerely, thank you.

I look forward to working with you on the next big thing.

With love and gratitude,
Jenny, Nisse and the WHH team
